Saroj Baniya is as much an entrepreneur as he is a community worker. He is currently the Managing Director of Hamro IT Solutions, which provides IT services to a number of prominent businesses in Nepal.

Mr. Baniya is also an emerging youth activist and a motivational speaker. As the President of National Youth Council, Nepal, he has provided leadership to Nepali youth with his network of members in 40 districts throughout the country. He has also represented Nepal at various international conferences organized by organizations such as United Nations and MasterPeace International.

Mr. Baniya is presently pursuing his Masters Degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University. He lives in Kathmandu Nepal with his family.
